ANNOUCEMENTS:  Today we will be working in the comuter lab and completing are first WIRE assignment.

WIRE stands for Week IReview Exercise.  These weekly review exercises are designed to encourage higher order thinking skills (applying, analyzing, synthesizing and creating). As we move through the course content on the way to our June 2013 Regents exam students will be creating individual wiki pages to post their responses to the weekly WIRE prompt.

STEP #1  Copy  the template link posted below. This contains the weekly WIRE question or task.

STEP #2  Click on " Create a Page" tab in the upper right corner of our class wiki.

STEP #3  Name the page with your initials and the name of the assignment included in the prompt  - for example REH Constitutional Foundations - designate the page for your personal folder

STEP #4  Paste the weeks WIRE template into your new page - complete the assigned question or task - regularly save your content

STEP #5  When you have completed the question or task, save the completed assignment to your personal wiki folder

All weekly review exercises will be posted no later than Monday and are due by the next Sunday.  Posts made after Sunday receive 1/2 credit, posts made after Monday receive no credit.  The settings on your folder and individual pages will be private,  so you and I are the only people that will see the content.
